From a forged 6061-T6 billet to a finished, tested set — monoblock, 2-piece and 3-piece forged wheels from 12″ to 26″, CNC machined to your exact PCD, offset and centre bore. MOQ starts at just 4 pieces.
Ningbo Weiya Wheel Co., Ltd. specialises in 6061-T6 forged aluminium wheels — monoblock, 2-piece and 3-piece constructions, plus forged blanks, outer lips, inner barrels and hardware. We serve distributors, wheel brands and tuning shops across North America, Oceania and Western Europe.
Choose the construction that fits your market and your price point — we build all of them from the same 6061-T6 billet.

A 6,000-tonne press aligns the grain flow of the billet — roughly 35% higher fatigue resistance than an equivalent casting.
Less unsprung mass means faster suspension response. Back-pocket milling is available on request to take more weight out.
Paint, brush, high polish, chrome and PVD — applied in-house so the coating is as durable as the wheel underneath.
Every production batch is fatigue and impact tested, and every barrel carries its heat and lot number.
Four reasons buyers stay after the first container.
Bending fatigue, radial fatigue and 13° impact per batch, with JWL/VIA and SAE J2530 reports on request.
Low enough for a tuning shop to test the water, without tying up your cash in a container you cannot sell.
Technical questions go to the people who programme the machines — replies within two hours on business days.
30–40 days after drawing approval, with loading photos and full export documentation for every shipment.
Five stages, one QC record per batch — nothing outsourced to a second supplier.
6061-T6 billet pressed at 6,000+ tonnes for aligned grain flow.
5-axis cutting to ±0.02 mm on diameter, offset and centre bore.
Paint, brush, polish, chrome and PVD, plus two-tone masking.
Torque-controlled assembly, runout, balance and batch testing.
Foam-lined cartons, loading photos, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai.
For a buyer, the real question is not how good a wheel looks in a photograph — it is whether the factory can repeat it next quarter. Ours runs forging, machining and finishing on one site, one hour from Ningbo port.
A wheel is a structural, load-bearing safety part. We test every production batch against the recognised standards and hand the reports to the buyer — not after a claim, but with the order.
We build the same billet for six very different customer bases — tell us which one you sell into and we will spec accordingly.
Lightweight concave monoblocks in the offsets the Japanese scene expects, down to 15″.
5x112 and 5x130 programs in staggered widths for BMW, Audi, Mercedes and Porsche platforms.
High-polish and two-tone 3-piece builds for show-level vehicles and bespoke commissions.
Higher load ratings, 6-lug programs and reinforced bead areas for trucks and SUVs.
Higher load ratings for battery weight, with aero-conscious profiles to protect range.
Track-oriented monoblocks with maximum stiffness per gram and documented test data.
Whatever the platform, the process is the same: we measure the vehicle, model the wheel and machine to that drawing.
Staggered and square setups for sedans, coupes and hatchbacks.
Higher load ratings and 6-lug fitments for trucks and 4x4s.
Stiffer, aero-aware designs that carry battery mass without hurting range.
Heavy-duty forged rims for light commercial and truck applications.
Six steps from your first message to a landed container.
Vehicle, size, PCD, offset, bore, finish and quantity — or just a photo of what you want.
We check manufacturability and load requirements, then return a 3D drawing for approval.
6061-T6 billet pressed and heat treated to specification.
Cut to ±0.02 mm on the approved drawing.
Paint, brush, polish, chrome or PVD, including two-tone.
QC reports, packing, loading photos and export documentation.

“We switched after two bad batches elsewhere. Three years in, every container has matched the sample — and the test reports come with the shipment.”
“Four-piece MOQ let us test four designs with real customers before committing. That alone changed how we buy.”
“The fitment advice is the difference. They told us which offsets to drop because they would not clear the caliper — before we ordered.”

Most suppliers send a photograph and a price. We would rather send the PCD, the offset, the bore, the load rating and the test report — and let you decide. If you can qualify us without sending an email, we have done our job.
We have worked the wheel trade for more than a decade. What we sell is repeatability: the wheel in the tenth container behaving exactly like the one in the first. Come and see the line in Ningbo — the invitation is genuine.
